Cub Scout Pack 925, affiliated with St. John's United Methodist Church in Rock Hill, SC, offers the full Boy Scouts of America (BSA) Cub Scout program for boys and girls in kindergarten (K5) through 5th grade. Meetings are held on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.

Scouting is a year round program. All of the Scouts and their leaders meet together as one big Pack once a month from August through April, and go on camping outings and adventures together during the year. The Scouts also meet by age in smaller groups called Dens during the month to work on age-specific character-building tasks. In the summer months, the Pack meets monthly to keep up fun activities and character building in the “off-school season.”
· K5 Scouts are in the Lion program, which meets twice a month. This new BSA program is designed to introduce kindergarten age boys and girls, and their families, to the fun of Scouting. The uniform is a Lion T-shirt available at the Scout Shop.
· First grade Scouts are in the Tiger program, meeting most Thursdays. Tiger Scouts wear the dark blue Cub Scout shirt with patches and insignia, the orange Tiger neckerchief and the Tiger hat.
· Second grade Scouts are in Wolf Dens, meeting most Thursdays. Wolf Scouts wear the dark blue Cub Scout shirt with patches and insignia, the red Wolf neckerchief and the Wolf hat.
· Third grade Scouts are in Bear Dens, meeting most Thursdays. Bear Scouts wear the dark blue Cub Scout shirt with patches and insignia, the blue Bear neckerchief and the Bear hat.
· Fourth grade Scouts are Webelos, meeting most Thursdays. Webelos wear the dark blue Cub Scout shirt with patches and insignia, the plaid Webelos neckerchief and the Webelos hat.
· Fifth grade Scouts participate in the Arrow of Light program, preparing to transition into the Scouting BSA program. They meet most Thursdays and wear the tan scout shirt.
Pack 925 will supply the 925 patch to all scouts. The uniform shirts, additional insignia, scout books and other supplies can be purchased at the Carolina Scout Shop, 2121 Westinghouse Blvd, Charlotte, NC. The Pack may also have gently used shirts, neckerchiefs, neckerchief slides, and hats available for those interested.
